CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Cancellation Policy At Sanjeet’s My Barber, we value your time and strive to provide every client with an exceptional, personalized experience. Because our schedule is carefully managed to give each client undivided attention, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to serve everyone efficiently. The 12-Hour Cancellation Window -We kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. -Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance: No fee will be charged, and you are welcome to reschedule at your convenience. -Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment (or No- Shows): You will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the listed service price. Why This Policy Is Important? When you book an appointment with us, that time block is reserved exclusively for you. 1. Respecting Other Clients: Giving us at least 12 hours' advance notice allows us to open up the spot for someone else in the Sunnyvale community who may be waiting for an opening or need a last-minute appointment. 2. Supporting Our Business & Craftsmen: Unfilled time slots directly impact our barbers and schedule.
